I’ve been an entrepreneur, consultant, and business coach for women for almost 20 years, and know first-hand how to create a business that meets my ideal definition of success.

Since starting my first company in Hong Kong in 1999, I’ve been helping fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners realize their success, too.

As a fourth-generation entrepreneur and small business owner, I am passionate about entrepreneurship. In fact, I’m also the founder of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners’ (WEBO) Network in the Denver metro/Front Range region.

As a woman, I know that we face unique challenges and limiting beliefs that can hold us back from embracing our own power.  My coaching brings a distinctive approach to integrating your feminine strengths with your professional talents to achieve your success.

As a business coach for women, I know that you can be overwhelmed by the needs of your business, your family, and your community.  Let me help you put the skills and systems in place to help you feel in control.

My life isn’t perfect, but I’ve created a business based on my definition of success that lets me spend my days doing what I love – helping women entrepreneurs and small business owners do what they love, too.

So, what’s your definition of success?  Let me help you get there!

My Approach

My coaching is unique in that I integrate business strategy with a splash of inner work to help you identify your own definition of success, and then build the plan and steps you need to take to reach it.  As a women’s business coach, I’ll help you clarify and create goals; provide strategy, support, accountability, and feedback; and offer concrete advice, skills, and guidance to help you achieve your success.

10 Things About Me {Personally}

  1. I am a seventh-generation Texan, which matters a lot to me, but not to anyone else.
  2. In order, I have lived in Venezuela, California, Honduras, Wisconsin, Texas, Tennessee, West Virginia, New Jersey, Texas (again!), Colorado, and Hong Kong. I actually have lived in Texas four different times, and in Colorado three times.  In all, I have made 17 major country-to-country/state-to-state/city-to-city moves in my life.  I am the “professional new girl.”
  3. I’m a third-generation expat.
  4. My dog, Charlie, is hands down the cutest dog in the world. Apologies to your pooch, but it’s true.
  5. My personal mantra is “Find Your Joy.”
  6. I am bound and determined to be a runner if I can ever make it past week 6 of the Couch to 5K program.
  7. “Atlas Shrugged” by Ayn Rand changed my life at age 20 and taught me it was okay to take care of myself first.
  8. I met my husband the old fashioned way, through the personal pages of the newspaper.
  9. I can ask for a power strip at the hardware store in Cantonese.
  10. Buddhism intrigues me, and I believe in Karma – that the energy we put out into the universe is the energy that comes back to us. That’s why I try to live my life with kindness and joy (it’s working so far!).
